Crushed Mineral Eyeshadow
Apply to eyes with dry Oval or Crease Shadow Brush for medium intensity or with wet applicator for high intensity. Wet a Flat Liner Brush with water then mix in crushed minerals to create water resistant liquid eyeliner.
