Concealer Pencil

Prior to Mineral Veil or foundation application, apply concealer directly to eyelids as an eyeshadow base or over dark circles, hyper-pigmentations and blemishes. Layer application to desired coverage. Blend with Oval Shadow Brush or make-up sponge. Sharpen as needed with Stript Dual Pencil Sharpener.
